All KaKio Premium purchases are final. Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of your billing period.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain Premium access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will automatically switch to the KaKio Free plan.
Please review your plan carefully before confirming payment. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact support@kakio.app within 7 days of the charge.
